1 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the mm47 platform, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 or older. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use the platform.
• You may only open one account using your own accurate details. If multiple accounts linked to the same person are found, those accounts may be closed.
• The information you provide must be accurate and complete personal details. Registering with false information or another person's personal details is strictly prohibited.
• Your login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with or given to any third party.
• You must provide proof of identity when requested by the company for verification purposes.

2 Deposit Terms

The following deposit terms apply at mm47—

• Payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay.
• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (the same for all methods).
• Deposit and withdrawal history can be viewed in your account.
• The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same; third-party payments are not accepted.
• Any activity related to fraudulent transfers or money laundering may be investigated at any time and may result in account suspension.

3 Withdrawal Terms

When players request a withdrawal, the following terms must be followed—

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: requests are usually completed within 5–30 minutes of submission.
• Before withdrawing, players must complete their identity verification.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met — see Section 4 for details.
• mm47 may temporarily place any withdrawal request on hold for further review if it appears suspicious.

4 Bonus and Promotion Agreement

Bonuses available at mm47 — especially the welcome bonus — are offered only under the terms set out in this section—

• Welcome bonus: 150% of your first deposit is given as a bonus, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus funds will be forfeited and only the player's own deposited funds that have been cleared will be withdrawable.

5 VIP Program Agreement

The following cashback rates are available across mm47's VIP tier program—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression is determined by taking into account a player's regular play history and activity on the platform.

Please note that mm47 reserves the right to adjust VIP rates and benefits at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mm47 platform—

• Changing your betting pattern with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Coordinating with two or more players to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or any unfair technical advantage.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or hacking techniques into the platform.
• Using the platform as a vehicle for money laundering.

If any of the above violations are found, the account in question may be closed immediately and any remaining balance will not be refunded. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

7 Personal Data Protection

8 Platform Access Restrictions

mm47 may suspend or close a player's access in the following situations—

• When a breach of any of these terms is found

If an account is closed, the balance will be returned after verification is complete; however, if the closure is due to a breach, no refund will be made.

9 Game Hours and Operational Time Restrictions

mm47 games run on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Some services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods, and advance notice will be given. Payments may take longer to process during these periods to maintain stability and security; operations will not otherwise be affected.

10 Limitation of Liability

mm47 is not responsible for money lost through gameplay, or for prizes or earnings a player believes they should have received. The platform is provided "as-is" and no guarantees are made regarding gaming losses.

For losses caused by technical issues during gameplay, connection drops, or system errors on the platform, only mm47's stated refund policy applies; no liability beyond that is accepted.

11 Governing Registration and Applicable Law

Any dispute relating to this agreement will first be addressed through negotiation.
